1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mourning Dove Doula Services LLC, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Mourning Dove Doula Services LLC provides support for individuals and families during palliative care, hospice care, and/or bereavement, including but not limited to environmental support, emotional support, informational resources, and guidance in navigating the end-of-life process.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their needs and circumstances. Clients must also communicate openly with their doula and notify them of any changes in circumstances or needs.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, Venmo, and PayPal. In person consultations will be sent a PayPal invoice shortly after submitting a booking request.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in loss of the paid service.

7. Confidentiality

All client information will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for the provision of services. We will not share personal information.
